I seem to be able to upload pictures but I can&#039;t see them by myself. There seems to be some restriction on internet access. Anyway, I put the pictures in this post and hope you can see them! Despite of chaotic traffic outside, it is really peaceful inside the retreat premise. I am staying at one of the cottages here.&#160;<\/p>\n<p>\u30b1\u30e9\u30e9\u306b\u3042\u308b\u30a2\u30fc\u30e6\u30eb\u30f4\u30a7\u30fc\u30c0\u30ea\u30c8\u30ea\u30fc\u30c8\u3001Somatheeram\u306b\u5230\u7740\u3057\u3066\u304b\u3089\u4eca\u65e5\u30673\u65e5\u76ee\u3002\u30ea\u30c8\u30ea\u30fc\u30c8\u306e\u5916\u306b\u3067\u308b\u3068\u30a4\u30f3\u30c9\u306a\u3089\u3067\u306f\u306e\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u60c5\u306b\u76f4\u9762\u3059\u308b\u306e\u3060\u304c\u3001\u30ea\u30c8\u30ea\u30fc\u30c8\u306e\u6577\u5730\u306e\u4e2d\u306f\u3044\u305f\u3063\u3066\u5e73\u548c\u3002\u7f8e\u3057\u3044\u82b1\u3005\u304c\u54b2\u304d\u4e71\u308c\u3001\u7b11\u9854\u306e\u30b9\u30bf\u30c3\u30d5\u3068\u7b11\u9854\u306e\u30b2\u30b9\u30c8\u3002\u308f\u305f\u3057\u304c\u6cca\u307e\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u306e\u306f\u305d\u306e\u6577\u5730\u306e\u4e2d\u306e\u30b3\u30c6\u30fc\u30b8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n<a class=\"asset-img-link\" href=\"http:\/\/smileyumi.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d8341d9b6253ef017ee587190b970d-pi\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Retreat\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d8341d9b6253ef017ee587190b970d\" src=\"http:\/\/smileyumi.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d8341d9b6253ef017ee587190b970d-500wi\" title=\"Retreat\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I get up at 7ish every morning and go to Ayurveda centre where I see Ayurveda doctors and have 1.5-hour massage at 8am. Massage is absolutely great! I never want to get up from the massage bed \ud83d\ude09 I have breakfast after massage, and take a shower. By the time I finish taking a shower, it is almost 12pm! The rest of the day is just to relax.
