\"Cake\"<\/a> Today, I had an excellent yoga practice sweating a lot. After the practice, I went for lunch with a yoga friend who I hadn’t seen for long time. She introduced me a restaurant, aunt MIMI! It’s in Meguro where I eat lunch almost everyday. But I knew the restaurant was there (actually I’d thought it was a cafe!) but hadn’t been there. They offer healthy foods such as rice with embryo buds and organic vegetables.<\/p>\n

All the lunch menus look healthy and yummy. I chose omlte rice "om-rice" (I don’t think there is an English word for this, but it’s an omelet containing fried rice and quite popular menu in Japan) It had lot of green asparagus and cheese. It wasn’t fatty though the rice was fried. And miso soup had lots of mitsuba (Japanese vegetable). Though the lunch set included dessert, it was too small. In the showcase, cakes looked too good to ignore. We had tasty and healthy raspberry cheesecake!
