ブリュッセルとルクセンブルグで4泊5日を過ごして昨日の夜ヘルシンキに帰国。フィンランドに引っ越してから旅行に行くたびにやっている海外の日本食（寿司）チェック。 ルクセンブルグではKamakuraというかなり高級和食の店の雰囲気がただようお店でランチ。トリップアドバイザーによればルクセンブルグで第4位のレストラン。ブリュッセルに帰る電車の時間が迫っていたので急いでオーダーして急いで出してもらったお寿司のセット。これが一番小さいサイズの寿司セットらしく・・・1人分とは思えない量。ちょっとご飯が硬かったような・・・でも 私の電車の時間に気を遣っていただきながらとても丁寧なサービスは印象に残る。 My sushi exploration continues in Europe.
