One of my most favorite things is Vietnamese coffee made by “phin”. Several time, I got disappointed that I was served Vietnamese coffee brewed by espresso machine when I ordered “Vietnamese coffee”. A Vietnamese friend told me that I should say I would like to have Vietnamese coffee filtered with “phin”, a small metal filter.
ベトナムコーヒーは私のお気に入りの一つです。ヘルシンキのベトナム人経営のカフェでベトナムコーヒーを頼んだら、エスプレッソマシーンでいれたベトナムコーヒーが出てきたことが何度かあってがっかりしたことをベトナム人の友達に話したら、phin （フィン）を使ってくれと言ったら大丈夫だよと言うアドバイスを受けて、それ以来しつこいようにphinでと頼んでます。phinは金属のフィルターです。
My recent favorite Vietnamese cafe is within walking distance from my apartment. Lagom cafe is lovely and cozy cafe. It’s often busy and you might not be able to have a table but it’s worth trying.
It serves authentic Vietnamese coffee with several variations as well as ordinary coffee and its variations.
Pastries and cakes are delicious, really! It’s hard to resist the temptation when I shouldn’t eat sweets.
最近お気に入りのベトナムカフェは家から歩いて行ける場所。Lagomカフェというとても素敵なカフェです。人気のお店の店舗はとても小さいので、席がないこともしばしばありますが、それでも行ってみる価値のあるお店です。
本格的なベトナムコーヒー種々と普通のコーヒーやラテなどもあります。
ペストリーやケーキも最高で、誘惑に負けないようにするのが大変です。
